Our Method
Pilates Guru, Noelle Rox, has honed her Pilates Rox method over the last 20 years. Known as a game changer, her method is a foundation of classical Pilates rooted in athleticism, from her years as an elite athlete, with emphasis on connection, correct alignment and form, to create strength and lift with safe and efficient movements that sculpt lean, long muscles. Noelle knows how important it is to work from the “inside-out” to strengthen the stabilizers that keep you out of pain, alleviate joint pain, prevent injury, and improve sports performance so you can keep on doing what you love. Noelle’s method is sustainable for the long haul.
