Pilates Master Teacher
Noelle Rox is a master teacher, movement expert, former NCAA Division I gymnast, and creator of the Pilates Rox Method. Based in Montecito and Santa Barbara, she offers private training, Pilates Rox Online, and select workshops and guest teaching.
Noelle Rox is a Pilates master teacher, former NCAA Division I gymnast, four-time studio founder, and creator of the Pilates Rox Method. Over three decades, she has become known for her rare ability to connect clients to their cores with precision—creating lean, powerful bodies while improving alignment, mobility, and performance. Her clientele has included acclaimed actors, founders, supermodels, Olympians, and professional athletes. Now based in Montecito and serving Santa Barbara, Noelle offers private training, Pilates Rox Online, and select guest teaching, workshops, retreats, speaking, coaching, studio consulting, and teacher education worldwide.
Noelle Rox has never believed that more movement is automatically better movement. For 30 years, her work has been defined by something more exacting: helping people truly connect to their bodies.
A former elite gymnast who competed at the NCAA Division I level for the University of Arizona, Noelle brings an athlete’s understanding of discipline, performance, and resilience to a deeply refined Pilates practice. Trained through Power Pilates in New York, the PhysicalMind Institute, and The Pilates Center of Boulder, she developed the Pilates Rox Method from a strong classical foundation—then sharpened it with athletic intelligence, meticulous alignment, and her unmistakable instinct for finding the core.
Her career has included four successful brick-and-mortar studios, beginning with Simpatico Pilates in the Santa Barbara area and followed by Pilates Rox in Pacific Palisades. For more than a decade, Pilates Rox earned a devoted following and a reputation as one of California’s leading Pilates studios. Noelle’s clients have included actors, creative leaders, Fortune 500 executives, supermodels, Olympians, and professional athletes—people drawn not only to her results, but to her warmth, humor, discretion, and ability to make exacting work feel energizing.
Noelle is also the founder of the Pilates Rox Teacher Training Program and an experienced speaker and brand partner. Her work has appeared on television, in podcasts, at corporate events, and through global wellness partnerships. She previously served as a lululemon ambassador and was selected for a North American lululemon grant and global mental-health panel. Her Powerhouse Pilates series sold out on QVC and became a leading fitness product on Amazon and Shop at Home.
Today, from her base in Montecito, Noelle brings the Pilates Rox Method directly to private clients, luxury properties, studios, companies, retreats, and equestrian communities. The setting may change. Her standard does not: connection first, precision always, and strength that translates far beyond the workout.

For more than a decade, Pilates Rox was a defining presence in Pacific Palisades, known for exacting instruction, extraordinary community, and a devoted clientele spanning entertainment, business, fashion, and professional sport. Today, Noelle brings that same standard of mastery into a more personal and expansive chapter based in Montecito.
